On this beautiful home on Capitol Hill in Seattle, we tried to maintain the character of the 100 year old architecture but still brighten it up and add some modern amenities.

Small Kitchens
In this small Ballard kitchen, we removed an exterior door to make more room for cabinets and much needed counter space. It took some creative masonry work to fix the exterior.

Full Kitchen Remodels
In this Newcastle kitchen (below), we removed two walls, installed a beam and created an open kitchen space with large island, adding a 36” gas range and oven wall.
