On the exterior phase of this Capitol Hill remodel we removed the existing entry, which faced the driveway and placed it on the front of the home facing the street. We removed the driveway and replaced it with interlocking pavers, directing the downspouts of the driveway side of the home to a new dry well in the front yard.
The front of the home received a new brick stairwell and new retaining wall with custom ironwork.
We finished off the driveway courtyard with new holly trees and a beautiful custom Iron gate. We built a brick wall along the driveway with copper LED lights and custom iron work
We moved the original radiator from the new front door location and placed it where the original door was and installed custom millwork to match in the interior and exterior of the entry.
On the inside this project we remodeled the kitchen, adding a large Island with seating, a custom pantry and spice rack, custom Stainless steel counter tops and new period lighting. The custom cabinets included a pop up mixing station, pull out prep area and knife drawer.
